Jordan announces 2017 art competition
Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Urbana) has announced the 2017 Congressional Art Contest and encouraged high school students in the Fourth Congressional District to submit their best artwork to their schools.
Up to two winners may be chosen from each high school, and students must be residents of the Fourth Congressional District to be eligible. The 14 counties in the Fourth Congressional District include Allen, Auglaize, Champaign, Crawford, Logan, Sandusky, Seneca, Shelby, Union and parts of Erie, Huron, Lorain, Marion and Mercer.
School-level winners must be received by Congressman Jordan’s district offices (addresses located at Jordan.house.gov) by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 in order to participate in the district-wide competition. The artwork will be displayed in the Marion County Administration Building for the week of April 17th ending with a reception with Rep. Jordan on Friday, April 21st at 5 p.m. The district winner will be announced at the reception.
