Jordan speaks at CPAC 2016

Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) spoke yesterday at the American Conservative Union's annual Conservative Political Action Conference, held at the Gaylord Hotel National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.

During his speech, Rep. Jordan made the following comments:

"Ladies and gentlemen, why you're here, why you are involved in this movement, why you are conservatives, is because freedom really counts, freedom really matters. And so I came here today just to say thanks. I learned a long time ago that good things don't just happen. If you want to accomplish anything of meaning, anything of significance, any real important objective, it takes time, it takes effort, it takes sacrifice, and most importantly it takes a willingness to get off the sidelines and get in the game. So thank you for doing just that: getting out of the stands and becoming a participant in protecting liberty and protecting freedom. Because now more than ever it is warranted."
