WHO: Rep. Jim Jordan, Rep.
At the Harding Home Presidential Site (380 Mt. Vernon Ave., Marion), Rep. Jordan will speak and meet with attendees. Weather permitting, he will visit with attendees on the front porch of the house, a tradition of our 29th president while campaigning and after taking office.
"Health care will be better and more affordable once Obamacare is repealed. We committed to the American people to repeal every tax, every mandate, the regulations, and to defund Planned Parenthood.
"As tens of thousands of pro-life Americans and millions more nation-wide celebrate the sanctity of life today, I call on Republican leadership to keep their commitment to the American people and defund Planned Parenthood through reconciliation. We are a majority pro-life nation. We need to recognize that by advancing legislation that protects the most vulnerable among us."

Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) made the following comments regarding President Donald Trump's executive orders to move forward on building a border wall and to better enforce immigration laws in the United States:
"Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act. This bill is a nationally popular piece of legislation that ensures no taxpayer dollars are used to pay for the taking of innocent life.
On the Mexico City Policy:
"It was an honor to attend the inauguration and swearing-in of President Donald Trump. Under President Trump's leadership, I look forward to fighting for ordinary Americans who have been forgotten by Washington's elites. It's time to do what we promised folks we would do when they elected us to serve them. No more excuses. The time has come to implement a bold, conservative agenda that puts everyday Americans first."

Too often, Washington puts the concerns of the politically connected before those of ordinary Americans.
Imagine this scenario. A man who works a second shift walks out to get in his truck to drive to work. Now remember, when you work second shift you're forced to miss some of your kids' after school activities and their summer little league games. But like most Americans he's willing to do the hard things for his family.
