Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) made the following comments regarding the passing of former Congressman Mike Oxley, who previously represented Ohio's Fourth District:

"I was saddened to learn of Mike Oxley's passing after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was a friend, a mentor, and one of the finest public servants I've ever met.
