A Botkins High School student was named the Fourth Congressional District winner of this year's Congressional Art Competition, Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Urbana) has announced.

Karrie Platfoot won the district-wide competition with her trompe l'oiel bulletin board with memorabilia. This piece, entitled "Memories" will be displayed in the United States Capitol for one year.
