The National Taxpayers Union Foundation's (NTUF) recently-released BillTally report lists Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Urbana) as having the most fiscally responsible legislative agenda among Ohio's Congressional Delegation.

Jordan supported over $183 billion in net budget cuts, which was more cuts than all but 19 members of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Urbana) released the following statement after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit's ruling today upholding a challenge to Obamacare health insurance subsidies being granted through the federal exchange:

"From the Defense of Marriage Act, to immigration, to the implementation of his signature healthcare law, President Obama has demonstrated time after time his desire to unilaterally change the laws passed by Congress. Today's court ruling points out yet another example where the Obama administration ignored the rule of law.

"I fully support the right of the State of Israel to defend itself against unprovoked rocket attacks from the terrorist organization Hamas. Hamas has continually shown that it does not seek peace in the region, but the destruction of a people group that has historically called the Middle East home.

Barbara Taylor, Rep. Jordan's Deputy District Director, will be available to meet with constituents from 2 to 4 p.m. on both days in the Commissioners Conference Room, located on the first floor of the Union County Administration Building. The building is located at 233 W. 6th Street in Marysville.
